Influencer Outreach Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Execute 50–75 outreach touches daily to creators or influencers on TikTok and Instagram with customized, brand-consistent messaging.

• Identify and engage creators for Patchology’s high-frequency micro-creator seeding and volume gifting initiative.

• Carry out tiered outreach to beauty creators, wellness influencers, and lifestyle trendsetters for Kate Somerville.

• Oversee the complete process of sample requests, including managing creator addresses, submitting requests to the warehouse, tracking shipments, and confirming deliveries.

• Conduct prompt follow-ups post-outreach to sustain creator engagement and enhance conversion rates from posted content.

• Monitor and document live creator posts to ensure compliance with product tagging, brand messaging, and FTC disclosure requirements.

• Use spreadsheets or ShopMy/CRM tools to track outreach volume, response rates, sample shipments, and content production.

• Keep a well-organized creator directory categorized by tiers, niches, platform performance, and engagement metrics.

• Participate in daily standups or asynchronous check-ins with brand leaders.

• Address stalled responses and shipping delays to maintain workflow efficiency.

• Provide actionable performance data to brand leads.

• Report directly to designated client managers and be overseen by Big Ideas Social Media Inc.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, creator recruiting, talent outreach, or affiliate marketing management.

• Demonstrated hands-on creator outreach experience on TikTok, including TikTok Shop Creator Marketplace/Affiliate Plan, and Instagram.

• Direct operational knowledge of ShopMy or similar creator gifting platforms such as Superfiliate, GRIN, or Aspire.

• Practical experience with sample fulfillment workflows, including address management, warehouse coordination, and timestamped shipment tracking.

• Proficiency in written English.

• Proven track record of daily/weekly data recording, tracker maintenance, and performance reporting.

• High comfort level with Google Sheets, MS Excel, and CRM-style tracking tools.

• Ability to work towards daily/weekly outreach targets and performance KPIs.

• Experience in beauty, skincare, or consumer packaged goods is preferred.

• Familiarity with gifting/seeding workflows versus contracted posting schedules is preferred.

• Basic understanding of FTC compliance requirements is preferred.

• Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude with strong prompting abilities is preferred.

• Previous experience supporting US-based clients or working in a remote agency environment is preferred.

• Must be eligible to work legally as a remote freelancer or contractor based in the Philippines.

• Must be a natural-born Filipino citizen or a foreigner with a working visa or permit to work legally in the Philippines.

• Must possess a computer or laptop capable of handling the work requirements.

• Must have a fast and reliable home internet connection of at least 200–300 MBPS.

• Must have a quiet and distraction-free home work environment.

• Willingness to work graveyard shifts or adjust to changing US schedules is required.

• Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, is required.

• Must be available to work from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern EST, USA time zone.

• Overtime requires prior approval from the client.
