Affiliate & Influencer Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Conduct research to identify and recruit creators, influencers, affiliates, and partners that align with target markets and business objectives.

• Negotiate terms of partnerships, contracts, deliverables, timelines, compensation models, and affiliate commission structures.

• Create and develop creative briefs.

• Review partner content and deliverables to ensure brand alignment, accuracy, and quality.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including reach, engagement, conversions, and affiliate revenue.

• Report on return on investment (ROI) and optimize future initiatives accordingly.

• Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, competitor activities, and emerging creators.

• Build product and technical knowledge to effectively communicate with creators.

• Collaborate with a remote, global Marketing team across different countries and time zones.

• Strong skills in outreach and partnership development.

• Experience in negotiating commercial agreements and managing external partnerships.

• Knowledge of affiliate, performance partnership, and influencer marketing.

• Expertise in social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Podcasts).

• Technical aptitude to understand and effectively communicate product features, benefits, and use cases.

• Competency in project management and stakeholder coordination.

• Skills in performance tracking, analytics, and measuring ROI.

• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.

• Additional languages are advantageous.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to an environment where priorities may shift rapidly.

• Previous experience working remotely.
