This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee creators and their management teams from the initial idea through to launch and subsequent phases.
• Act as the main point of contact for launch and marketing-related subjects.
• Collaborate on campaigns with creators and their management teams.
• Organize marketing calls, integration timelines for both long-form and short-form formats, as well as announcement and launch schedules.
• Keep the plan updated in ClickUp and follow up on pending tasks.
• Record the outcomes of each integration in detailed reports.
• Prepare for each launch using a checklist that includes timelines, pre-orders, giveaways, and promotions on online shops, Amazon, and TikTok Shop.
• Work in conjunction with editorial, production, and design teams.
• Commission materials and freelancers while adhering to the launch budget.
• Provide a weekly status report summarizing all ongoing launches.
• Organize marketing materials in collaboration with creators and the design team, including teaser and Shorts concepts, product images, creator boxes, autograph cards, dummy copies, and bonus materials.
• Brief the design team and external creatives, manage revisions, and secure creator approvals.
• Prepare pitches for new creators alongside the program management team, including channel analyses, concept outlines, and presentations.
• Engage in initial meetings, negotiations, trade shows, and events; gradually take on more responsibilities.
• A minimum of one year of experience in influencer marketing, creator or talent management, or campaign and project management.
• Experience collaborating with creators or their management teams, including handling briefings, approvals, scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Practical expertise in both long-form and short-form content.
• Capability to evaluate channels based on target audience, formats, reach, and the quality of integrations.
• Understanding of how views, watch time, clicks, and conversions reflect the effectiveness of an integration.
• Proven experience in managing multiple projects with fixed deadlines.
• Self-organized approach to remote work.
• Ability to quickly learn and utilize project management systems.
• Native-level proficiency in German.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Existing connections with creators, management teams, or agencies are advantageous, but not mandatory.
• An affinity for gaming or children’s content is a plus, though not required.
• Familiarity with disclosure requirements for creator content is beneficial, but not essential.
