This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily schedules, bookings, call times, travel arrangements, and logistics for a designated group of talent.

• Organize shoot days, media obligations, brand appearances, events, and press timelines.

• Communicate via email with publicists, producers, casting directors, event coordinators, and network representatives.

• Keep talent bios, media kits, rate cards, showreels, and audience analytics current and accurate.

• Prepare briefing documents and comprehensive run sheets for each engagement.

• Take charge of and implement brand partnership campaigns following negotiations.

• Act as the main liaison between talent, brands, and agencies.

• Oversee content approval processes, including reviews, revisions, and publication schedules.

• Monitor deliverables in relation to contract terms, track project scope, and identify discrepancies.

• Generate invoices, oversee payment timelines, and follow up on pending accounts.

• Maintain and refresh CRM and active campaign pipelines within monday.com.

• Assist with incoming brand inquiries, conduct research, and help develop pitch decks.

• Ensure talent sales presentations are consistently updated using Canva.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in talent management, campaign coordination, influencer marketing, creative agency operations, PR, or media production.

• Strong knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the Australian creator, broadcast, and podcasting industries.

• Excellent writing abilities—capable of crafting polished brand emails, detailed campaign briefs, and clear talent summaries.

• Proficient in Google Workspace, campaign management platforms (such as monday.com), Meta Business Suite, and Canva.

• Previous experience working directly within an Australian talent management agency, broadcast network, or leading media publisher.

• Experience managing complete influencer content workflows and ensuring contract compliance.

• Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management capabilities.

• Highest levels of professionalism and integrity when dealing with sensitive talent, financial, and commercial information.

• Proactive, self-motivated approach with the capability to foresee challenges and resolve operational issues.

• High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and the ability to foster working relationships with clients, talent, and internal teams.
