This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Identify and engage creators whose personas, content, and audiences align with the brand's strategy, target demographics, and campaign objectives.
• Convert campaign goals and paid media strategies into tailored creator recommendations for paid advertising content.
• Create and implement influencer briefs for product launches, seasonal initiatives, major events, and partnership expansions.
• Define usage terms, including paid promotion durations, whitelisting/partnership ad permissions, cross-platform repurposing rights, exclusivity agreements, and renewal conditions.
• Ensure that creator assets are approved for the media plan prior to production.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage creator licensing and budget distributions.
• Oversee invoicing processes in collaboration with production and finance teams.
• Identify emerging trends in creators and content, as well as new platforms.
• Integrate creator activations across paid, social, and creative channels effectively.
• Coordinate client feedback and approval processes, ensuring that assets are trafficked, published, and monitored correctly.
• Analyze creator campaigns and provide actionable insights to inform future creative, media, and user-generated content decisions.
• Work closely with Social, Growth, Creative, Paid Media, Client, Production, and Finance teams.
• 4–6+ years of experience in creator marketing strategy, preferably within an advertising agency or a creator-focused integrated marketing environment.
• Strong proficiency in creator discovery tools, such as Creator IQ.
• Familiarity with performance metrics and contract negotiation processes.
• Ability to foster relationships with creators, agents, and managers across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to translate marketing objectives into detailed creator briefs.
• Knowledge of creator usage rights and licensing frameworks, including distinctions between organic and paid usage, whitelisting/Spark Ads/Partnership Ads permissions, contract lengths, exclusivity terms, and renewal negotiations.
• Experience working collaboratively with brand and growth teams, linking user-generated content to media strategies and measurable outcomes.
• Availability during East Coast business hours, specifically from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders concurrently.
• Experience in an advertising or creator agency is preferred.
• Familiarity with the health and wellness industry is advantageous.
