This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the planning and execution of worldwide strategic third-party conferences, tradeshows, analyst events, and partner gatherings.
• Develop and implement the annual global industry events strategy in collaboration with Regional Marketing teams.
• Manage event budgets, monitor expenditures, assess outcomes, and derive insights for continuous improvement.
• Generate and oversee Purchase Orders.
• Organize event logistics, timelines, project plans, venues, registrations, one-on-one meetings, booth logistics, speakers, presentations, sponsorship deliverables, catering, audiovisual needs, promotional items, badges, and shipping.
• Assist in the development of an Industry Events Playbook.
• Maintain event budgets, vendor agreements, attendee lists, and post-event evaluations.
• Oversee campaign and event schedules on Global Marketing calendars and internal communications.
• Monitor event costs, resources, and assets, and assist in assessing event ROI.
• Manage lead reporting, Salesforce lead uploads, campaign creation, lead entry, lead data completion, and event registration oversight.
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the marketing team.
• Collaborate with marketing team leaders to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
• Support the logistical execution of significant internal events.
• Provide occasional on-site assistance during events.
• Over 6 years of exceptional event marketing and industry events experience within a B2B tech environment.
• Demonstrated success in collaborating with B2B sales teams to generate and deliver pipeline results.
• Strong project management capabilities with a history of delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and effective event coordination and planning skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
• Proficient listening, information gathering, and management skills for identifying and defining deliverables, needs, and outcomes.
• Flexibility typical of start-up environments and capacity to thrive in a fast-paced organization.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, including lead imports, campaign tracking, and reporting.
• BA/BS or equivalent degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Must have authorization to work in the country of residence.
