This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

• Secure and oversee the sales of refrigeration maintenance service contracts.

• Promote refrigeration programs effectively.

• Evaluate and catalog mechanical systems and equipment to assess maintenance requirements.

• Analyze drawings, equipment condition, time necessities, and working circumstances to apply company pricing accurately.

• Address customer complaints and cancellations with a proactive action plan.

• Follow up on leads and referrals diligently.

• Compile reports, proposals, job packages, documentation, and necessary paperwork.

• Identify potential clients through cold calling, research, and networking strategies.

• Maintain communication with prospective customers and perform regular follow-ups.

• Discuss maintenance program options with customers and determine the most suitable choice.

• Foster and uphold a Lean working environment.

• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve desired outcomes.

• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

• Strong enthusiasm for sales.

• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Demonstrated success in sales within a business or office setting.

• Preferred experience in business-to-business sales.

• Previous experience in service or maintenance sales is advantageous.

• Superior written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
