This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.
β’ Provide support to customers throughout the U.S. and Canada in the installation, startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and servicing of advanced municipal water treatment systems.
β’ Travel to client locations to assist with the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of municipal water treatment equipment and systems.
β’ Engage with mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.
β’ Collaborate with customers, project teams, and internal support groups to ensure safe and successful project delivery.
β’ Travel is scheduled for Mondays and Fridays, with field service work conducted from Tuesday to Thursday at customer sites.
β’ Facilitate customer training sessions and convey technical information effectively.
β’ Independently manage multiple customer locations and prioritize tasks efficiently.
β’ Work in various environments including offices, manufacturing facilities, construction sites, and municipal water or wastewater treatment plants.
β’ Proven experience in servicing and troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and industrial control systems within industrial, manufacturing, or municipal settings.
β’ Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, VFDs, control panels, and industrial automation technologies.
β’ Knowledge of low- and medium-voltage power distribution equipment, VFDs, conduit, grounding, and three-phase electrical systems.
β’ Experience in electrical troubleshooting, control panel wiring, diagnostics, and root-cause analysis.
β’ Understanding of PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, network troubleshooting, and control systems.
β’ Capability to read and interpret Process & Instrumentation Drawings (P&IDs), electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and system layouts.
β’ Experience with instrumentation devices such as flow meters, pressure transmitters, level transmitters, and temperature sensors.
β’ Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis capabilities.
β’ Proficient in performing equipment startup, commissioning, functional testing, and preventive maintenance.
β’ Background in pumps, pumping systems, instrumentation, or water/wastewater equipment is highly regarded.
β’ Comfortable leading customer training sessions and effectively communicating technical details.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Ability to work independently while managing multiple customer locations and priorities.
β’ Strong commitment to safety and adherence to Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH) policies.
β’ Familiarity with ServiceMax is advantageous.
β’ Valid driver's license required.
β’ Capability to obtain and maintain a valid passport for travel within the U.S. and Canada.
β’ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate around industrial equipment as necessary.
