Indonesian Language Social Media Community Moderator

📋 Description

• Build and nurture vibrant digital communities for prominent brands as opportunities arise

• Engage with users in real-time

• Respond to inquiries and participate in discussions appropriately

• Resolve user issues efficiently

• Consistently reflect the voice and tone of various brands

• Adhere to client protocols and workflows

• Moderate social media communities on a temporary, project-based, or part-time basis

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in the Indonesian language

• Strong familiarity with Indonesian pop culture, terminology, cultural nuances, and slang

• Capability to comprehend client brand voice and engage with users accurately

• Prior experience in social media moderation is essential

• Experience with Sprinklr, Khoros, and/or Sprout Social is advantageous

• Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills

• Ability to follow defined guidelines and workflows

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Strong spelling and grammar skills; a skills and/or language assessment may be required

• Eagerness to learn and apply critical thinking; proactive mindset

• High energy and capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with major social media platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, and LinkedIn

• Personal computer running at least Windows 10 and macOS 12.X

• Personal internet connection with a minimum speed of 150 Mbps

• Capability to work in both English and Indonesian

• Must have eligibility to work in the United States

• Must fulfill the specified personal computer and internet requirements
