Independent Sales Representative – 1099

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Represent BENEV’s injectable medical devices and regenerative biologics

• Promote South Korea’s leading Neuromodulator

• Act as a representative for BENEV Exosomes

• Introduce the new Microneedling Pen set to launch in Q3/Q4

• Represent BENEV’s exclusive K-Aesthetics portfolio featuring advanced products

• Develop new business opportunities and expand strategic accounts

• Own and oversee the sales territory

• Establish and nurture relationships with providers

• Manage an independent sales pipeline and schedule

• Potentially recruit and lead a team of Independent Sales Representatives, earning commissions on their sales

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in aesthetics or pharmaceutical sales

• Proven track record of selling to med spas, dermatology, or plastic surgery practices

• Established network of providers with solid relationships with decision-makers in the area

• Consultative sales approach focused on practice development

• Capability to independently manage one’s own pipeline and calendar

• Self-motivated; does not rely on provided leads

• Strong interest in building or managing a team of Independent Sales Representatives is a significant advantage

• Must hold independent contractor / 1099 status
