Independent Sales Representative – 1099

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Serve as the representative for BENEV's injectable medical devices and regenerative biologics portfolio.

• Promote South Korea's leading Neuromodulator.

• Advocate for BENEV Exosomes.

• Assist in the launch of a new Microneedling Pen scheduled for Q3/Q4.

• Represent BENEV's exclusive K-Aesthetics portfolio.

• Develop new business opportunities and expand strategic accounts.

• Take ownership of and cultivate an assigned territory.

• Establish and nurture relationships with aesthetics providers and key decision-makers.

• Oversee an independent sales pipeline and manage your calendar.

• Potentially recruit or supervise a team of Independent Sales Representatives and earn commissions based on their sales performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in aesthetics or pharmaceutical sales.

• Background in selling injectables, medical devices, and regenerative biologics.

• Experience in selling to medical spas, dermatology, or plastic surgery clinics.

• Established network of providers with decision-makers in the territory.

• Consultative sales approach focused on practice growth.

• Self-motivated with the ability to manage an independent pipeline and schedule.

• Experience in business ownership or entrepreneurship.

• A strong interest in building or managing a team of Independent Sales Representatives is highly desirable.

• Independent contractor (1099) work arrangement.
