Independent Federal Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Recruit and refer qualified IT professionals with security clearances for federal government programs.

• Identify and engage candidates possessing TS/SCI clearances and Full Scope Polygraphs.

• Independently source candidates utilizing a well-established recruiting network and personal resources.

• Determine which recruiting opportunities to pursue.

• Present candidates who may be directly hired by Booker DiMaio as W-2 employees.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in recruiting professionals with TS/SCI clearances.

• Extensive experience in recruiting candidates with Full Scope Polygraphs.

• Established connections with candidates in the Intelligence Community, NSA, DoD, or other federal programs.

• Experience in recruiting technical professionals such as software engineers, cybersecurity experts, systems engineers, data professionals, and other cleared IT talent.

• Strong relationships with candidates who possess active security clearances.

• Experience working with federal contractors or in government recruiting.

• Capability to independently source and engage candidates through personal networks and recruiting resources.

• Ability to work comfortably as an independent contractor on a commission-only basis.

• Ownership of a recruiting network and recruiting resources.
