This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Educate and assist prospective Trupanion clients through incoming warm leads, phone communications, and email correspondence.
• Establish trust and rapport with pet owners utilizing a consultative method to comprehend their needs and suggest appropriate coverage options.
• Inform potential clients about the advantages and value of Trupanion coverage.
• Employ call management, active listening, and objection-handling strategies throughout the sales journey.
• Address customer concerns and sensitive discussions with empathy and professionalism.
• Support customers throughout the enrollment procedure.
• Handle high volumes of incoming calls while ensuring an excellent customer experience, efficiency, productivity, and meeting sales targets.
• Adjust to changing responsibilities, processes, and workflows.
• Navigate various systems and tools effectively.
• Prioritize time management and maintain attention to detail and productivity in a fast-paced contact center environment.
• Record customer interactions and keep accurate CRM documentation.
• Independently resolve common technical issues and adapt to new tools or system updates.
• Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience in a high-volume direct-to-consumer sales or inbound call center setting.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service position.
• Proven history of achieving or surpassing individual sales objectives, productivity goals, and performance metrics.
• Capability to quickly establish rapport, overcome objections, and guide customers through a consultative sales approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing high volumes of inbound customer interactions.
• Demonstrated ownership, adaptability, and resilience in a metrics-oriented, fast-paced atmosphere.
• Proficient in navigating multiple digital platforms and documenting interactions within CRM systems.
• Ability to identify customer requirements and suggest customized solutions.
• Strong time management and productivity skills in a remote work context.
• Robust technical troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience working remotely in a private environment with dependable hard-wired internet and a distraction-free home office setup.
• Must be able to secure and maintain active Property and Casualty (P&C) licensing in all 50 states and relevant jurisdictions, including assigned Canadian Provinces.
• Weekend availability is necessary.
• Must be comfortable with Pacific Time schedules, including evenings and weekends.
• Reliable internet connection via a hard-wired Ethernet setup is required; Wi-Fi, satellite, and mobile hotspots are not acceptable.
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
• Property and Casualty (P&C) licensing is advantageous.
