This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Assist customers in booking cruises from the comfort of their homes.
β’ Manage incoming sales inquiries from potential clients.
β’ Assess client needs and offer travel suggestions.
β’ Conduct follow-up outbound calls, address objections, and finalize sales.
β’ Provide tailored recommendations based on individual preferences and interests.
β’ Foster long-term relationships to enhance customer loyalty.
β’ Clarify cruise itineraries, onboard facilities, and pricing information.
β’ Keep precise records of customer interactions and follow up with prospects.
β’ Operate in a completely virtual setting.
β’ Uphold high ethical standards in all interactions.
β’ Stay receptive to coaching, feedback, and maintain a strong drive to succeed.
β’ Prior experience as a telephone salesperson or in a similar sales position.
β’ Over 5 years of experience as an Account Executive or in a related sales role.
β’ Proven track record of achieving and surpassing monetary sales KPIs.
β’ Strong background in making sales calls effectively.
β’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
β’ Capability to establish and nurture relationships with high-end clientele.
β’ Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
β’ Self-discipline to adhere to a structured work environment and schedule.
β’ Previous sales experience with an ability to close sales on the initial call.
β’ Proficiency in basic computer applications and tools, including MS Word, Teams, and Outlook.
β’ Capability to create a distraction-free workspace at home.
β’ Availability of space for a desktop computer with 2β3 monitors.
β’ Reliable power source and dedicated high-speed internet with minimum upload and download speeds of 25 Mbps.
β’ Ethernet connection is mandatory; wireless connections, Wi-Fi extenders, repeaters, MiFi devices, and hotspots are not allowed.
β’ Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
β’ Average earning potential of $90,000 annually (combination of hourly base and commission).
β’ Historical average annual commission of $53,000.
β’ Eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
