Inbound Sales Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming sales calls from consumers.

• Assess guest needs and provide tailored cruise and travel suggestions.

• Conduct follow-up outbound calls, address objections, and finalize sales.

• Offer personalized recommendations aligned with guests’ interests and preferences.

• Foster enduring relationships to enhance consumer loyalty.

• Clarify cruise itineraries, onboard amenities, and pricing information.

• Keep precise records of interactions and follow up with potential leads.

• Design exceptional travel experiences for high-net-worth clientele.

• Operate in a fully virtual setting while complying with schedule standards.

• Uphold high ethical standards and remain receptive to coaching and feedback.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a telephone salesperson or in a comparable sales position.

• Over 5 years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales capacity.

• Documented success in meeting and surpassing monetary sales KPI targets.

• Strong background in conducting sales over the phone.

• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to establish and nurture relationships with high-end clients.

• Flexible availability that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Self-discipline to operate effectively in a structured environment while adhering to schedule standards.

• Prior sales experience with a proven ability to close sales on the first call.

• Proficient in basic computer applications and equipment, such as MS Word, Teams, and Outlook.

• A distraction-free home workspace/environment.

• Space available for a desktop computer equipped with 2–3 monitors.

• Reliable high-speed internet with a minimum of 25 Mbps for both upload and download.

• Ethernet connection is required; wireless, Wi-Fi extenders, Wi-Fi repeaters, MiFi devices, and hotspots are not allowed.

• Must be eligible to work in the USA.
