Inbound Sales Agent – Fintech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Engage with customers who initiated their insurance inquiries through Jerry’s app via phone.

• Establish trust and actively interact with incoming shoppers.

• Clarify policy details, uncover hidden discounts, and address coverage gaps across more than 55 carrier options.

• Offer personalized insurance guidance and assist customers in finding suitable protection that fits their budget.

• Address any hesitations and empathetically resolve customer concerns.

• Assist customers in finalizing and purchasing their preferred insurance policy immediately.

• Ensure a warm, positive, and seamless customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in a high-caliber retail, hospitality, or experience-focused environment.

• Background in top-tier retail or customer service settings such as Apple, Microsoft, Lululemon, Nordstrom, Disney, or Costco.

• Excellent active listening and empathetic communication abilities.

• Enthusiastic demeanor with a natural ability to connect with individuals.

• Proficiency in navigating internal tools and insurance platforms while juggling multiple tasks.

• Capability to clearly explain intricate insurance details.

• Availability to work full-time.

• Must currently reside in an eligible hiring location: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia for hourly employees.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Must indicate whether a valid P&C license is held; licensing can be funded by the employer.
