Inbound Sales Agent, Fintech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Greet inbound customers who have initiated their journey in Jerry’s app.

• Establish trust and engage with customers over the phone.

• Clarify insurance information, policy specifics, discounts, and coverage gaps across more than 55 carrier options.

• Address customer concerns with empathy.

• Assist customers in completing their insurance purchases.

• Provide personalized insurance recommendations and support customers in selecting appropriate coverage.

• Background in a high-quality retail, hospitality, or experience-focused environment.

• Excellent active listening and empathetic communication abilities.

• Positive demeanor and a natural ability to connect with individuals.

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in navigating internal tools and insurance platforms.

• Availability for full-time work.

• Must currently live in an eligible state: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia for hourly employment.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.

• Valid P&C license status is requested during the application process.
