Inbound Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming calls from Australian customers and deliver an exceptional service experience.

• Handle inbound calls exclusively; no outbound cold calling required.

• Provide detailed explanations of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? services and the process of junk removal.

• Address inquiries regarding services, service areas, availability, timing of removals, and pricing.

• Transform customer inquiries into bookings for the truck team.

• Participate in 3 weeks of fully compensated remote training.

• Become part of a team that receives ongoing support from a Team Lead after training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Legally permitted to work in Canada.

• Currently living in Alberta.

• Available to commence work on October 23rd.

• Must be available for training during the first 3 weeks from 8 AM to 4:30 PM ABT (UTC-6), Monday to Friday.

• After training, available hours are from 1 PM to 3 AM ABT (UTC-6), Monday through Sunday.

• Possess a very friendly telephone demeanor.

• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable with learning new technology.

• Good typing speed, with a minimum of 25 wpm.

• Have a quiet workspace at home.

• Reliable wired internet connection is essential.

• Personal computer with at least 8GB of RAM is required.

• Wired Ethernet connection is mandatory.

• Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, call center, or similar fields is an advantage.
