Inbound Marketing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist the Technology team in executing inbound marketing initiatives.

• Set up email marketing campaigns, automation processes, and lead-nurturing workflows using RD Station.

• Facilitate integrations between RD Station and various tools and channels, including WhatsApp and Meta.

• Perform minor HTML edits on emails and landing pages.

• Track metrics and generate reports for ongoing marketing campaigns.

• Support the mid-level analyst with client deliverables, aiding in daily operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be an independent contractor (legal entity) for service provision.

• Prior experience with marketing automation platforms such as RD Station, Mailchimp, or other similar tools.

• Basic HTML knowledge applicable to emails and landing pages.

• Logical reasoning skills to design and construct automation workflows.

• Strong organizational abilities to juggle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines simultaneously.

• Effective communication skills to assist the mid-level analyst and coordinate project deliverables.

• Previous experience in an agency environment managing multiple clients at once (preferred).

• Interest in advancing toward a role with increased autonomy in inbound marketing (preferred).

• Capacity to quickly learn new tools and adapt to various technology ecosystems (preferred).

• A collaborative mindset, with excellent interpersonal skills when working alongside the Technology and Account Management teams (preferred).
