In House Marketing Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture relationships with owners and guests.

• Arrange tours for guests to discover top-tier destinations and vacation options.

• Conduct phone meetings with owners.

• Foster rapport with owners.

• Provide owners with a gift in exchange for 90 minutes of their time.

• Showcase vacation opportunities with Hilton Grand Vacations.

• Act as a combination of Resort Concierge, Marketing Professional, and Travel Agent.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Vacation Ownership is mandatory.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• At least 6 months of sales experience is preferred.

• A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience is needed.

• Familiarity with the timeshare industry, customer service, and quality fundamentals is essential.

• Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, the company's intranet system, and corporate policies and procedures.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills to effectively engage with all levels of the organization.
