In-House Counsel, Germany

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Execute a consistent set of prompts across two AI (LLM) platforms.

• Analyze and compare the outputs from both platforms in a side-by-side format.

• Evaluate each response using a standardized scoring rubric.

• Provide succinct written feedback for each assessment.

• Review and benchmark AI-generated responses against actual inquiries related to German law.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as in-house legal counsel practicing in Germany.

• Proficient knowledge of German law, with a focus on commercial and contract issues.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Clear and precise written communication skills.

• Capability to work independently following a rubric and adhere to deadlines.

• Availability for an initial engagement of around 10 hours.

• Must operate under a confidentiality NDA.

• Engagement as an independent contractor.

• H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not eligible.
