In-Home Traveler Physician – Full Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conduct health evaluations in the homes of members.

• Interact directly with individuals to address their health inquiries.

• Review patients' medications and medical histories.

• Carry out physical assessments.

• Execute additional diagnostic tests when required, such as diabetic eye examinations and spirometry.

• Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow for all evaluations.

• Establish trustworthy relationships to enhance health outcomes.

• Travel locally and within licensed states, potentially up to 100% of the time.

• Conduct virtual consultations as necessary.

• Deliver Signify Health services, which include Diagnostic & Preventive Services products.

• Visit individuals across the nation and link them to appropriate care.

• May involve overnight hotel stays, car rentals, and/or flights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current, unrestricted license(s) in the applicable coverage area(s).

• Capable of acquiring and maintaining multi-state licenses within the required coverage area.

• Must be able to cover all counties in California and adjust to other business needs as required.

• Must be comfortable and safe performing duties in homes that may have household pets, secondhand smoke, and potential airborne allergens or irritants.

• Willing and able to travel locally and within licensed states up to 100% of the time.

• Multiple state licenses are necessary as determined by business requirements.

• MD or DO qualifications are required.
