Implementation Specialist, Thai Bilingual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary relationship manager for customers and the main point of contact from the moment of account purchase through the onboarding process.

• Operate independently under the guidance of an Onboarding Manager to meet monthly activation targets.

• Organize tasks based on customer priorities and Toast's requirements.

• Collaborate with restaurant owners during the Go-Live phase, establishing onboarding plans within the designated timeline and budget.

• Develop best practices for managing labor and food costs, table turnover rates, and customer relationships.

• Conduct remote assessments to identify networking requirements prior to installation.

• Relay networking needs to project resources effectively.

• Execute remote onboarding and document the installation of the Toast POS system, including any deviations from established best practices.

• Design and facilitate onboarding training sessions for restaurant personnel.

• Oversee multiple onboarding projects, managing a portfolio of over 80 restaurants.

• Deliver remote Go-Live support, troubleshoot issues, provide post-live guidance, and conduct follow-up training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be fluent in both Thai and English.

• Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality sector.

• A minimum of 3 years in a role focused on customer satisfaction and business operations.

• Proven ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

• A strong history of achieving and surpassing targets.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and influencing abilities.

• At least 1 year of experience with POS software, preferably in the service industry (preferred).

• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus (preferred).

• Experience in the tech industry or at a SaaS company is advantageous (preferred).

• Background in training, teaching, or development is desirable (preferred).
