This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Configure and implement authorized ServiceNow functionalities based on validated requirements and designs approved by the CTA.
• Set up forms, tables, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Script Includes, Flow Designer flows/subflows/actions, catalog items, notifications, and sanctioned portal/workspace components.
• Execute functionalities across ITSM, ITOM/Discovery, CMDB/CSDM, IntegrationHub, SPM, Performance Analytics, App Engine, and other endorsed products.
• Develop and configure integrations utilizing REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub spokes/actions, MID Servers, service accounts, and approved authentication/certificate patterns.
• Oversee comprehensive testing and operational handoff.
• Assist in CMDB/configuration-data implementation and validation of data quality.
• Prepare and conduct controlled promotions to TEST and PROD utilizing approved update-set/application-repository and CI/CD practices.
• Maintain deployment plans, rollback procedures, release notes, and configuration documentation.
• Conduct unit/functional checks and collaborate with the Tester on ATF, integration, regression, performance, and UAT validation.
• Provide late-window deployment and implementation support, including troubleshooting, post-production validation, and operational handoff.
• Assist in reducing technical debt and restoring customized capabilities to out-of-the-box functionality.
• Produce implementation guides, configuration documentation, demonstrations, knowledge articles, and transition materials.
• Facilitate user training and knowledge transfer as necessary.
• A minimum of three years of practical ServiceNow implementation/configuration experience in enterprise settings.
• Proven proficiency in at least two ServiceNow capability areas such as ITSM, ITOM/Discovery, CMDB/CSDM, IntegrationHub, SPM, Performance Analytics, App Engine, or SecOps.
• Practical experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Script Includes, Flow Designer, catalog/workflow configuration, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow data/configuration concepts.
• Familiarity with controlled release promotion, update sets/application repositories, CI/CD, automated testing, and release documentation.
• ServiceNow CSA along with one or more relevant CIS credentials is highly preferred or required where dictated by the applicable labor category.
• Excellent communication and requirements-translation skills, with the capability to collaborate with architects, developers, analysts, operations staff, and customer stakeholders.
• Willingness to support the assigned late implementation window and scheduled after-hours/on-call events.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Capacity to meet High Risk IT background investigation and sensitive-information requirements.
• Experience in federal consulting or financial regulatory environments is preferred.
• Preferable experience with App Engine Studio, UI Builder/Workspace, IntegrationHub, CMDB Health, or ATF.
• Experience in implementing ServiceNow capabilities within a shared multi-vendor platform with formal architecture/security governance is preferred.
