This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist clients through the processes of onboarding, implementation, and system optimization efforts.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to gain insight into client business operations, objectives, and requirements.
• Formulate implementation strategies and workflow suggestions tailored to client goals and operational intricacies.
• Recognize risks and opportunities associated with the implementation process.
• Steer clients towards scalable and effective solutions.
• Act as a reliable advisor throughout the implementation journey.
• Oversee implementation projects from onboarding to launch and transition phases.
• Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Coordinate implementation tasks to keep clients on schedule.
• Track progress and proactively tackle risks and challenges.
• Assist with transitions to ongoing support and account management teams.
• Perform system audits and workflow assessments.
• Help resolve configuration issues, operational workflows, and system usage challenges.
• Provide training, consulting, and guidance to enhance platform value.
• Simplify complex functionalities into practical advice and actionable next steps.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, Research, Client Success, and other teams.
• Relay client feedback, workflow insights, and trends related to implementation.
• Share knowledge on implementation, best practices, resources, standards, and onboarding strategies.
• Discover opportunities to enhance implementation processes and improve client adoption outcomes.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Education, Operations, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Over 3 years of experience in implementation, consulting, client success, customer onboarding, professional services, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Advanced skills in consulting, communication, and relationship management.
• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects, priorities, and client engagements concurrently.
• Ability to evaluate business processes and convert client requirements into effective system solutions.
• Strong skills in problem-solving, organization, and project management.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for client engagements, conferences, and business requirements.
• Must reside in the Pacific Time Zone (PT).
• Must possess reliable high-speed internet access.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
• US Citizens or Green Card holders without special circumstances residing in the US.
• Preferred: Experience in SaaS, software, or technology sectors.
• Preferred: Background in supporting onboarding, implementation, or client adoption efforts.
• Preferred: Experience in conducting training, consulting engagements, or workflow discovery sessions.
• Preferred: Familiarity with business systems, operational workflows, or initiatives aimed at process improvement.
