Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring an outstanding client experience and effective execution of contracted activities.

• Establish strategic direction and implement large-scale, intricate projects, including multi-cohort and global delivery initiatives.

• Manage service levels, project risks, scope, schedules, staffing, vendors, facilities, hotels, materials, and contract deliverables efficiently.

• Serve as an operations partner to sales and client account teams during pre-sales and delivery phases.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, communicating milestones and contractual obligations.

• Create project-level communication plans tailored for clients.

• Ensure timely and precise project data entry and upkeep for enterprise reporting purposes.

• Transition client engagement logistics to designated Event Producers.

• Execute project closing activities, including expense reconciliation, client invoicing, session evaluations, delivery-team debriefs, and client debriefs.

• Monitor project scope and alert teams when margin targets may be at risk.

• Provide summary updates to leadership and client-team partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, program management, or a related field.

• Proficient in Microsoft suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams).

• Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Skype for Business) is an advantage.

• Comprehensive understanding of project/program management principles.

• PgMP® or PMP® certification is preferred but not mandatory.

• Some travel may be required, primarily to various CCL locations and select client sites.
