Implementation Specialist, Health Tech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +11 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the onboarding process of clinics onto the Adoreal platform.

• Act as the primary point of contact between Adoreal and clinic stakeholders.

• Assist in the migration of data from clinics' existing systems in collaboration with technical teams.

• Structure clinic data in line with Adoreal’s analytics framework and standards.

• Provide support for the implementation and configuration of Adoreal’s EMR and CRM systems.

• Administer project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.

• Coordinate efforts among technical teams, CRM, training, and clinic stakeholders.

• Identify potential risks, communicate project status updates, and resolve issues as they arise.

• Educate and onboard clinic staff on the new systems.

• Create onboarding documentation, training manuals, and resource materials.

• Monitor post-launch adoption and address ongoing support requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates should reside within an hour of a major airport on the West Coast.

• Candidates must be based in one of the following U.S. states: California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Utah, or Washington.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare onboarding, software implementation, or project coordination is required.

• Practical experience with EMR systems and CRM platforms in a healthcare or clinical environment.

• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple onboarding or implementation projects.

• Comprehensive understanding of healthcare workflows, including patient intake, documentation, billing, scheduling, and compliance.

• Experience in training clinical and administrative staff on new systems.

• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements, particularly in data handling and access control.

• Must possess current and valid authorization to work in the country where applying.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% across the West Coast of the US.
