Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Arrange meetings with clients following the sale of Club Caddie software and gather the necessary data and information to configure the purchased systems.

• Develop and oversee client project plans to ensure the timely installation of Club Caddie software systems.

• Direct client communications throughout the software installation process to gather feedback and secure approval.

• Configure Club Caddie software systems based on clients’ requirements and specifications, utilizing knowledge of golf course operations.

• Educate clients on the use of Club Caddie software systems and associated add-on modules.

• Produce tailored client documentation outlining customizations.

• Oversee key deliverables and project milestones.

• Provide cost and time estimates for any additional development work and invoice clients for professional services rendered.

• Execute other assigned tasks as necessary.

• Report directly to the Director of Implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience with Club Caddie is preferred.

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.

• Previous experience as an Implementation Specialist or in a similar role.

• In-depth understanding of golf course operations and management systems.

• Knowledge of competitors’ software functionalities.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in golf course operations.

• Strong technical knowledge is essential.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite or similar tools.

• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.

• Effective written, verbal, and non-verbal communication, along with presentation skills.
