Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist marina customers in navigating product setup, system integration, and readiness for launch.

• Transfer and set up customer data, including pricing, inventory, agreements, and dock layouts.

• Set up POS systems and modular components like Service, Rentals, and Fuel.

• Oversee implementation project schedules to ensure timely launches with minimal disruption to customers.

• Customize onboarding processes based on the customer's size, complexity, and technical proficiency.

• Facilitate training sessions aimed at enhancing product adoption and operational success.

• Develop and enhance training resources, onboarding guides, and Help Center materials.

• Provide training on best practices for marina personnel.

• Create customer-facing materials that alleviate the support burden and promote self-service learning.

• Gather and analyze customer feedback to shape product enhancements and inform roadmap priorities.

• Work closely with Product, Sales, Support, and Marina Success Managers.

• Construct and refine implementation playbooks tailored to customer segments and product tiers.

• Identify challenges in implementation and suggest process enhancements.

• Manage multiple implementations at once while ensuring quality and detail-oriented execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years in Implementation, Onboarding, Customer Success, or a related customer-facing position, ideally within SaaS or technology-focused sectors.

• Strong organizational capabilities with a proven track record of managing multiple intricate projects concurrently.

• Exceptional communication and training abilities—capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences clearly.

• Familiarity with CRM and implementation tools; experience with Salesforce is highly preferred.

• Detail-oriented mindset towards data migration, system configuration, and customer-facing documentation.

• Capacity to juggle multiple priorities, adapt swiftly, and excel in dynamic environments.

• A passion for technology, boating, hospitality, or operations is an added advantage.
