Implementation Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of Ketryx implementation projects within a regulated product development setting.

• Manage the comprehensive implementation lifecycle, which includes gathering requirements, project planning, configuring Ketryx, coordinating workflows, handling integrations, migrating data, conducting testing, supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), deploying, and providing post-go-live assistance.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders from Product, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, and business divisions to ensure effective adoption and timely project delivery.

• Oversee project scope, schedules, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage implementation activities.

• Assist in user training and the preparation of documentation.

• Ensure that project deliverables comply with business and regulatory requirements.

• Experience in Ketryx implementation and project management.

• Knowledge of Ketryx configuration, workflows, and system integrations.

• Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and delivery management.

• Skills in requirements gathering and business process analysis.

• Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

• Expertise in risk, issue, dependency, and change management.

• Familiarity with system implementation, testing, UAT, and go-live support.

• Experience in data migration and integration coordination.

• Capabilities in user training, documentation, and facilitating change adoption.

• Background in regulated environments, ideally within medical devices or life sciences.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.

• Proven experience working alongside Product, Engineering, Quality, and Regulatory teams.
