Implementation Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Greet clients on behalf of Safeguard Global and guide them through the company’s range of products, services, and ecosystem.

• Act as the main point of contact for both new and existing clients throughout the implementation process.

• Manage comprehensive implementation projects across EOR and Managed Services offerings.

• Develop, oversee, and sustain detailed project plans encompassing multiple workstreams.

• Collaborate with internal operational teams, partners, and stakeholders.

• Supervise client setup, technology adoption, and platform training.

• Recognize and address risks and dependencies.

• Ensure accurate go-live predictions and meet delivery objectives.

• Work alongside Sales and Client Success teams to facilitate a smooth transition and ensure long-term client success.

• Advocate for client experience and strive for excellent CSAT/WSAT results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as an Implementation or Project Manager in a client-facing environment.

• Background in HR, Payroll, Global Employment, Accounting, or Entity Management is preferred.

• Proficient in project management, risk management, and effective stakeholder communication.

• Customer-oriented mindset.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Capability to manage intricate, multi-country or multi-service implementations.
