Implementation Project Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of implementation projects for new brands and third-party logistics (3PL) partners from the initial post-sale kickoff to a successful launch.

• Create and manage project plans, schedules, and key milestones utilizing Baton, Salesforce, and Jira.

• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Product, and Operations stakeholders throughout the transition from Sales to Implementation to Hypercare.

• Organize kickoff and status meetings, monitor action items, and handle escalations effectively.

• Recognize and alleviate any risks or obstacles that could impact launch timelines.

• Record project updates and launch statuses within internal systems.

• Enhance implementation processes, templates, and frameworks to boost efficiency and scalability.

• Ensure setups meet the brand requirements of customers and their technical capabilities.

• Provide support during the post-launch hypercare phase before transitioning accounts to Customer Success.

• Manage customer relationships, set expectations, communicate project status, navigate difficult conversations, and handle escalations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, customer onboarding, or implementation, ideally in a SaaS, logistics, eCommerce, or fast-paced technology setting.

• Proven experience in a startup or high-growth environment where priorities, processes, and responsibilities can change rapidly.

• Ability to wear multiple hats and adapt beyond traditional project management duties as necessary.

• Excellent customer-facing communication and stakeholder management abilities across both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience managing several simultaneous projects and balancing competing priorities.

• Skilled in navigating customer escalations, establishing expectations, and communicating effectively during project delays or challenges.

• Detail-oriented and organized, with the capability to introduce structure in evolving processes.

• Proficiency in Salesforce, Jira, or other project management tools; experience with Baton is advantageous.

• Familiarity with eCommerce workflows such as Shopify, BigCommerce, 3PL integrations, APIs, or shipping carriers.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
