Biosampling Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Manage the delivery of clinical trial operations, address challenges, and enhance team capabilities.

• Supervise the planning, implementation, and oversight of clinical trials to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and project schedules.

• Partner with investigators, vendors, internal stakeholders, and cross-disciplinary teams to effectively carry out clinical studies.

• Create and oversee study budgets, resources, and timelines.

• Lead the resolution of issues and obstacles encountered during clinical trials.

• Establish monitoring and validation measures to guarantee data integrity and quality throughout the study lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field or healthcare-related area.

• Demonstrated experience in managing clinical studies, possessing a solid grasp of the drug development process and regulatory obligations.

• Exceptional project management abilities, including the capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize effectively.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate successfully with cross-functional teams and external partners.

• Detail-oriented, focusing on ensuring data precision and maintaining high standards of quality in clinical trials.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
