Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of all client installations, which include software, hardware, server migrations, and additional projects.

• Organize, schedule, coordinate, and communicate all aspects of site-based and off-site installations and projects.

• Engage with external clients, account managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

• Manage the distribution of skilled personnel within specified timeframes.

• Provide updates on ongoing projects, highlighting any risks that may impact timely and budgeted completions.

• Update the service delivery calendar with engineers’ service calls and relay client instructions.

• Notify relevant stakeholders of any schedule adjustments.

• Accurately document pertinent data across all systems.

• Foster and maintain productive working relationships across various departments.

• Adhere to workplace health and safety standards.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in infrastructure technologies including cabling, wireless systems, A/V systems, end-user devices, and PC imaging.

• Background in IT project management is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate IT and project coordination.

• Over 2 years of technical support experience in a global environment is preferred.

• Proficient in using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.

• Experienced in coordinating with vendors and resolving issues remotely.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and client engagement skills.

• Well-versed in project management methodologies and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly adaptable.

• Possesses a degree or certification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
