This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee interdisciplinary clinical research projects in the capacity of a project manager.
• Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP), relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the Company and the Customer through all phases of study launch, execution, and closeout.
• Lead project teams while managing quality, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Oversee financial performance of projects.
• Coordinate study conduct partners, manage deliverables, address issues, and develop project plans.
• Ensure the quality and completeness of the Trial Master File (TMF).
• Maintain study-related information in various databases and systems.
• Prepare for inspection readiness throughout the study conduct phase.
• Organize, coordinate, and lead both internal and external meetings.
• Create project management reports for clients and company leadership.
• Formulate contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies.
• Cultivate client relationships to foster future business opportunities and additional engagements.
• Engage in bid defense meetings when acting as a prospective project manager.
• May supervise members of the project management team and clinical monitoring personnel.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in life sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related field of education and experience.
• Prior experience with clinical research organizations (CROs) and relevant therapeutic knowledge is preferred.
• In-depth understanding of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines and other applicable regulatory standards.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Strong capability to manage time effectively and work autonomously.
• Expertise in specific therapeutic areas.
• Willingness to adapt to new technologies.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Availability to travel as needed (approximately 25%).
