Implementation Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete software implementation process for new clients, typically lasting 8 weeks, through phone, email, and virtual meetings.

• Collect and document client requirements, validate project scope, and establish realistic timelines and program objectives.

• Serve as a client partner and facilitator for collaboration across departments and resource management.

• Assist in the deployment of additional products and integrations, such as RESTful API and CRM/HRM integrations.

• Deliver comprehensive LMS training, incorporating best practices and workflows tailored to client specifications.

• Oversee a portfolio of projects while ensuring quality and managing multiple projects concurrently.

• Act as the primary client contact, project manager, guide, and educator throughout Absorb LMS implementations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years in Client Onboarding or Implementation and Project Management, particularly in software implementations, or equivalent experience.

• Prior experience in training or software training.

• Familiarity with basic online/SaaS concepts.

• Demonstrated time management abilities.

• Project-focused mindset.

• Previous experience as an LMS administrator or in training (preferred).

• Knowledge of the adult learning and E-learning sector (preferred).

• PMP or formal project management experience (preferred).

• Prior experience using data import tools (preferred).

• Must provide proof of legal eligibility to work in the specified country without sponsorship.
