Implementation Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the software implementation journey for new clients from start to finish, typically spanning 8 weeks, conducted through phone, email, and/or virtual meetings.

• Collect and document client requirements, validate project scope, and establish realistic timelines and program objectives in collaboration with clients.

• Serve as a client partner and facilitator for cross-departmental teamwork and resource allocation.

• Assist in the deployment of additional products and integrations, including RESTful APIs and CRM/HRM integrations.

• Deliver comprehensive training on the Absorb LMS, tailored with best practices and workflows specific to each client's requirements.

• Oversee a portfolio of projects while managing multiple initiatives and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

• Lead clients through a smooth transition to the Absorb LMS and address any implementation challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years in Client Onboarding, Implementation, or Project Management, particularly in software implementations or a related field.

• Previous experience in training or software training.

• Familiarity with fundamental online/SaaS (Software as a Service) principles.

• Demonstrated skills in time management.

• A project-oriented approach to work.

• Prior experience as an LMS administrator or trainer is preferred.

• Knowledge of the adult learning and E-learning sectors is advantageous.

• PMP certification or formal project management experience is a plus.

• Experience with data import tools is preferred.

• Must provide proof of legal eligibility to work in Canada without sponsorship.
