Implementation Project Manager – APAC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of customer implementations, from pre-kickoff handoff to go-live.

• Develop and oversee implementation plans, milestones, dependencies, and criteria for success.

• Ensure consistent execution in accordance with Inspectorio’s implementation methodology.

• Facilitate kickoff sessions, regular project status meetings, and updates for executives.

• Monitor progress while identifying and addressing risks, issues, and changes in scope.

• Make informed decisions, remove obstacles for teams, and escalate matters appropriately.

• Collaborate with Solution Consultants to manage technical configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, and validation.

• Partner with Product teams to explore new capabilities during the discovery phase.

• Work closely with Customer Success Managers to transition implementations into customer adoption.

• Serve as the primary execution lead for stakeholders on the customer side.

• Set clear expectations regarding scope, timelines, responsibilities, and dependencies.

• Ensure customer accountability for necessary inputs, decisions, and readiness activities.

• Assist in the preparation and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Monitor readiness milestones and dependencies to confirm that go-live criteria are satisfied.

• Enhance implementation playbooks, templates, and best practices.

• Provide insights on recurring gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

• Support the scaling of implementation delivery as both volume and complexity increase.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in implementation project management, program management, or complex SaaS delivery.

• Demonstrated success in managing multi-workstream, cross-functional projects.

• Experience in engaging with stakeholders at the leadership level.

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and risk management abilities.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to evolving program complexities.

• Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or operationally intricate environments.

• Direct exposure to the supply chain or retail technology sectors.

• Familiarity with integration processes, data migration, and UAT.

• Experience collaborating with Customer Success, Product, and Solution Consulting teams.

• Proficient in English.

• Mandarin is a plus.
