Implementation Manager

📋 Description

• Lead essential workstreams within extensive implementation projects.

• Collaborate with hospital executives and cross-functional teams to launch programs effectively.

• Develop project plans, monitor progress, and ensure team alignment.

• Conduct meetings and facilitate decision-making processes.

• Assess workflows and assist in designing more efficient processes.

• Support system implementations while coordinating efforts among IT, operations, and clinical teams.

• Manage critical components of complex implementations.

• Address problems as they arise in real time.

• Contribute to the foundational design of specialty pharmacy programs.

• 2–5 years of experience in consulting, healthcare operations, or project-based roles.

• Strong skills in project management and problem-solving.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, uncertain environments.

• Capability to influence stakeholders and drive results.

• Proficient computer skills are essential.

• Expertise in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Proficiency in navigating the internet and web-based platforms.

• Data entry and computer skills will be assessed through a pre-employment evaluation.
