This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

• Oversee a portfolio of 15–25 simultaneous implementation projects

• Collect and assess business requirements for EDI integration initiatives

• Convert client requirements into detailed technical specifications

• Design and execute EDI data mappings and transformations

• Diagnose and rectify EDI transmission and processing issues

• Act as a professional representative of Self Bill Pro to external stakeholders

• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, carriers, and external partners to ensure timely project completion

• Offer continuous support and maintenance for EDI integrations

• Monitor and enhance EDI processes for improved efficiency and performance

• Stay informed about trends and best practices in EDI, API integration, and benefit administration

• Convey complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences

• Foster trusted relationships with client stakeholders, brokers, and carrier partners

• Anticipate client requirements to deliver a top-notch implementation experience

• Maintain clear, timely, and specific communication regarding project status throughout the implementation process

• 6+ years of experience managing a portfolio of concurrent projects with both internal and external stakeholders

• 6+ years in a client-facing role, responsible for end-to-end client relationships

• Proven experience in independently handling challenging client discussions and resolving escalated issues

• 4+ years of experience in EDI and/or API implementation and support, ideally within the benefits administration sector

• Strong customer service focus and a proactive approach to addressing and resolving client concerns

• Familiarity with fixed-width file formats and LDEx XML file formats

• Knowledge of benefit administration platforms such as ADP Workforce Now, Workday, or bswift and/or insurance carrier systems is advantageous

• Experience with, or a strong desire to learn about, data mapping and transformation tools

• Comfort with, or interest in, data analysis and manipulation, particularly utilizing Microsoft Excel

• Exceptional written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects concurrently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Strong analytical skills to identify issues and create effective solutions

• Proven track record of establishing strong, enduring client relationships

• Strong history of clear and confident communication with clients, especially regarding project timelines and statuses

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
