Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance relationships with clients, including CFOs and Controllers.

• Coordinate onboarding and rollout processes for new fund managers.

• Assess product enhancements.

• Analyze private equity client needs and essential requirements to aid in prioritizing the product roadmap.

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and clients to refine Maybern's product in line with client requirements.

• Execute complex fund and investment structures to evaluate functionality and identify product fixes and improvements.

• Convert private equity experience, business logic, fund structures, and calculations into software.

• Contribute to defining the foundation of Maybern's Implementation team and client operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least five years of experience in accounting for private equity funds.

• Practical experience at a private equity firm is advantageous.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required; accounting is preferred.

• CPA certification is a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Comfortable delivering presentations to clients.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Familiarity with fund accounting systems such as Yardi and Investran.

• Experience with investment structures and financial statements.

• Capability to translate private fund structures and calculations into a versatile software solution.

• Ability to work effectively within a small, focused team.

• Must currently have authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis, as indicated in the application form.
