This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage an average of over 40 import tickets each day

• Clean, reformat, and verify customer data, which includes client records, gift cards, products, and marketing lists

• Oversee automated processes, identify stalled operations, address error notifications, and collaborate with engineering for solutions and support for the new platform

• Take ownership of quality assurance for every import ticket

• Clearly and promptly flag any unexpected issues

• Work in conjunction with Onboarding Managers, Account Executives, and the Support Team to ensure imports align with customer requirements

• Develop and maintain documentation to guarantee consistent and repeatable processes within the team

• Lead data migrations through both manual file handling and automated tools

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges

• Ensure customers have a smooth transition from their previous software

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with data migration between software platforms, ideally in an onboarding or implementation capacity

• Experience in migrating complex customer data across software platforms, particularly in CRM, ERP, accounting, payroll/HRIS, healthcare, POS, vertical SaaS, property management, or e-commerce

• Proficient in cleaning disorganized spreadsheets and structuring inconsistent data with a keen eye for discrepancies

• Strong attention to detail

• Effective and proactive communicator

• Ability to document processes as they occur to facilitate knowledge sharing

• Thrives in structured environments and established processes

• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple open tickets against set deadlines

• Diligent in handling sensitive data in compliance with HIPAA regulations

• Experience in a fully remote work setting is a plus
