Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Implementation Team to set up and deliver the LemonEdge platform solution for clients and partners.

• Work closely with the Operations Director and other team members to ensure that projects are comprehended, scoped, executed, and that ongoing maintenance/support needs are fulfilled.

• Adhere to best practices in implementation for all engagements.

• Partner with clients to guarantee they receive adequate training and support throughout the entire process.

• Contribute to the creation of supporting materials for clients and partners regarding implementation, configuration, training, and project milestones (such as project plans, training documentation, etc.).

• Engage with clients, partners, and professional services consistently on a daily basis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in implementing complex financial services solutions.

• Experience in financial services, private equity, insurance, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.

• CPA, CFA, or similar qualifications are desirable but not essential.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to integrate detailed information effectively.

• Proven experience in managing multiple projects, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines.

• A collaborative team player who is enthusiastic about assisting wherever possible.

• A genuine interest in technology and finance.
