Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of Influ2 across a range of clients, ensuring that the setup aligns with their business goals.

• Provide clients with best practice advice and assist in integrating Influ2 into their existing processes.

• Collect client requirements and convert operational workflows into technical configurations.

• Manage over 15 simultaneous implementations, each with its own level of complexity.

• Communicate the value of Influ2 to key stakeholders within client organizations at all levels.

• Work closely with Product and Development teams to identify, monitor, and resolve product bugs or feature requests.

• Offer technical support and guidance to Customer Success Managers on intricate account setups.

• Ensure immediate customer value is achieved within the first 60 days.

• Create comprehensive project plans and act as an expert in product and revenue generation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a client-facing role as a Project Manager, Implementation Manager, or Customer Success Manager, with a strong focus on onboarding.

• At least 2 years of experience in the MarTech or SalesTech industry.

• Extensive hands-on experience with CRMs, Marketing Automation Platforms (MAPs), APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.

• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Experience in product advocacy and adoption.

• Strong project and time management capabilities.

• A proven history of identifying upselling or expansion opportunities is advantageous.

• Familiarity with sales engagement platforms (such as Outreach, Salesloft) and BI tools is beneficial.
