Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +42 more states.

📋 Description

• Regularly collaborate with the plan sponsor implementation team.

• Collect and assess client requirements.

• Aid in the development of implementation strategies.

• Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee successful execution of implementation projects.

• Respond to inquiries from the plan sponsor liaison team and offer implementation advice.

• Contribute to the successful onboarding of plan sponsors.

• Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the implementation phase, fostering strong relationships.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to the implementation team.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in health insurance implementation.

• 1-3 years of experience in project management and/or project coordination.

• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and OneNote.

• Proven proficiency in Salesforce.

• Project management experience within the health insurance sector.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Excellent skills in collaboration, listening, and teamwork.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly skilled in execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting).

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to establish and sustain professional relationships.

• High school diploma or GED.
