Implementation Consultant – Fluent Italian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Align client requirements with the functionalities of SoftExpert Suite

• Provide tailored solutions based on client specifications utilizing the platform

• Assist clients in their initial phases for effective utilization of SoftExpert Suite

• Identify and eliminate potential challenges to facilitate system implementation

• Integrate solution usage throughout the organization, enhancing the software's value

• Leverage industry best practices relevant to the client’s environment

• Comprehend the client's business regulations

• Configure SoftExpert Suite in a smooth, efficient, and effective manner

• Offer on-site assistance to clients within the consultant’s city of residence and nearby areas when required

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed or ongoing higher education in a technology-oriented discipline

• Proven experience in implementing software and/or ERP solutions

• Proficiency in databases (SQL, Stored Procedures, Views, etc.)

• Familiarity with web programming principles (HTML5, CSS3, PHP)

• Understanding of web service integrations (SOAP, UI, REST)

• Knowledge in business process mapping and automation (BPM)

• Fluent or native proficiency in Italian is mandatory

• Residency in Brazil is required

• Advanced or fluent skills in English and/or Spanish are an advantage

• Additional courses in project management or related fields are a plus

• Familiarity with SoftExpert portfolio products or similar solutions is a plus

• Understanding of quality management is an advantage
