Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Lead the effective onboarding and integration of new clients, projects, and solutions.

• Ensure that operational, technical, and customer-specific requirements are fulfilled through project management, cross-functional collaboration, and process optimization.

• Act as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and external partners.

• Collaborate with Business Development to foster relationships with new partners and implement embedded API solutions into booking flows.

• Manage the client onboarding process from discovery and planning through execution, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.

• Serve as the main implementation contact, proactively communicating with clients and managing their expectations.

• Create project plans, timelines, and milestones.

• Coordinate efforts among Project Management, Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Business Development, Claims, and Customer Service teams.

• Identify challenges, develop contingency plans, and address issues to minimize their impact on timelines and deliverables.

• Document lessons learned and suggest process improvements and standardized best practices.

• Monitor implementation KPIs, prepare status reports, and provide progress updates to leadership and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience is mandatory.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination, business operations, or a similar role is required.

• Experience in delivering comprehensive technical implementations, including discovery, configuration, testing, and deployment.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask, with a keen eye for detail.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project is advantageous.

• Experience in ecommerce, travel suppliers, and/or embedded ancillary products is preferred but not essential.

• Willingness to travel for events and meetings (20%).

• International travel may be required; a passport is necessary.

• Ability to work EST hours in a 100% remote arrangement.
