This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +4 more states.
• Oversee the deployment of mobile imaging units (MRI, CT, PET/CT, LINAC, etc.) at various healthcare locations.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement the complete life cycle of mobile imaging deployments.
• Drive deployment projects from the site assessment phase through to full operational startup.
• Create project plans, timelines, resource distributions, and risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Regulatory, and external vendors.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, milestones, and deliverables; provide reports to leadership.
• Utilize stage-gate approvals, scope control, and change management practices.
• Identify and mitigate risks, address issues, and escalate critical concerns when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and healthcare regulations for all projects.
• Assist in site preparation, conduct audits, and perform readiness assessments.
• Travel regionally or nationally to client sites to facilitate project execution.
• Evaluate project performance and recognize trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Create standardized processes, checklists, templates, and best practices.
• Lead lessons-learned meetings and enforce corrective actions.
• Optimize site preparation, equipment setup, regulatory processing, and client training workflows.
• Track project metrics and promote improvement initiatives.
• Undertake other related tasks as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 2–5 years of experience in project management related to facility operations, industrial deployments, or construction management.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Lean, Stage-Gate).
• Experience in coordinating site readiness, equipment installations, and operational startups.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
• Proven capability to oversee several concurrent projects in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., monday.com).
• Technical skill in interpreting site plans, mechanical layouts, and operational checklists.
• Familiarity with the International Building Code (IBC) is preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred.
