This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• You will take responsibility for implementations, starting from the kickoff call through successful go-live and ensuring a smooth transition to Account Management.

• You will be aware of which districts are progressing well, which are subtly lagging, and which are at risk of missing their go-live deadlines — even before inquiries arise.

• When integration issues arise, you will already be reviewing the logs.

• When a district IT director poses an unexpected technical question, you will not defer to engineering — instead, you will tackle the issue directly.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in either: (a) a K-12 district IT position — such as systems administrator, identity/SSO administrator, SIS administrator, network administrator, IT manager, or IT director — with direct responsibility for vendor integrations and platform deployments; or (b) client-facing K-12 SaaS implementations, system integrations, or solutions delivery, involving hands-on technical work rather than merely project coordination.

• Proficient hands-on experience in at least one of the following: SSO/rostering (Clever, ClassLink, OneRoster); K-12 SIS/ERP systems (PowerSchool, Infinite Campus, Skyward); K-12 MDM solutions (Jamf, Filewave, Mosyle, Intune); or ticketing and asset management.

• At least 1 year of experience working with K-12 technology systems, including practical data integrity and quality assurance tasks.

• Ability to engage in peer-level technical discussions with a district IT director comfortably.

• A strong sense of technical curiosity — you acquire knowledge of new platforms by actively exploring and experimenting.

• Regular user of Salesforce and adept at utilizing AI tools.
