Implementation Consultant – Payroll

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +30 more states.

📋 Description

• Identify client business needs and document findings for client approval

• Develop project plans and schedules in collaboration with clients and project teams

• Customize company, payroll, and HR components of the HCM solution

• Import historical payroll and tax data while reconciling past records

• Provide training for administrators and managers

• Assist clients during the first 30 days post go-live for successful outcomes

• Engage in the formal transition of active clients

• Complete implementations within the designated Go Live timelines

• Offer expert assistance for integrated solutions

• Direct implementation team workflows utilizing project management skills

• Ensure flawless execution of the first payroll

• Act as a subject matter expert in PEO / HR+Payroll

• Navigate client and internal challenges to achieve timely implementations

• Collaborate with other departments

• Contribute to the enhancement of training materials and events to share product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with PEO and ASO-type implementations

• Knowledge and expertise in multi-state payroll processing and tax arrangements

• Familiarity with GL exports and configurations

• Understanding of diverse client personal time off policies

• Experience in payroll processing, employee setup, and managing deductions and direct deposits

• Proficient in multi-product integrations

• Ability to manage priorities across multiple deadlines

• Capacity to work independently

• Skilled in delivering communications at the executive level

• Experience training clients to utilize software

• Proficient in conflict resolution and de-escalation methods

• Preferred experience with PrismHR

• Over 3 years of experience implementing payroll or payroll software, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Ability to lift and/or stand for extended periods (up to 10 pounds)
